If a voter insists they have not signed a petition, even though there is an indicator that they have, it is entirely possible that they have not and that the indication is purely coincidental.

Not every signature has been catalogued in this system. Therefore, many people who have signed will not show up as having signed. The system is only accurate to the extent that coordinators have directly uploaded their signatures to be validated.
